ABOUT BLACK RAVEN TAI CHI

Black Raven Tai Chi is certified to offer Tai Chi for Health Institute (TCHI) programs. The Institute was founded in 2010 with the purpose of empowering people to improve health and wellness through Tai Chi.

PROGRAMS

All programs offered by Black Raven Tai Chi take a learner centred approach. This means that the instructor goes beyond transmitting knowledge and actively engages learners in the learning process.

STYLES

The long tradition of Tai Chi means there are several important styles. Black Raven Tai Chi specializes in Yang-style and Sun-style.

OUR TAI CHI PROGRAMS

Black Raven Tai Chi specializes in delivering the Tai Chi for Health Institute (TCFHI) programs. In 2013, the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommended TCFHI for health improvement, as do many other foundations and health departments all over the world.
