TAI CHI 7/24 – COURSE 1

The 24-Forms, sometimes called the Beijing or Peking Form, is likely the most practiced set in the world and it includes 88-108 forms.
The course Tai Chi 7/27 – Course 1 focuses on the first three movements of the traditional longer form making it fun to learn, and easy to remember. The movements from Tai Chi 7/24 – Course 1 can stand on their own or they can be connected to the movements learned in Tai Chi 7/24 – Course 2 for a total of seven movements.
Pre-requisite: None
Equipment and attire: No equipment required; wear comfortable clothing and clean, well fitted sneakers.

TAI CHI 7/24 – COURSE 2

The course Tai Chi 7/27 – Course 2 focuses on the next four movements of the traditional 24-Forms.
By completing both Course 1 and Course 2 you will have learned the first seven movements from the traditional 24-Forms set. Adding more movements creates a longer, and oftentimes more enjoyable Tai Chi practice.
